4. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. The refund amount will be credited to your account within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies. 

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

- Perishable Goods: Items such as food and flowers cannot be returned.
